SGC School ("the School", "we") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

What we collect on this website

This website does not require an account for visitors. We collect personal data only when you choose to send us an admission inquiry. The inquiry form asks for your name, contact number, email address, the grade level you are interested in, and your message.

For security, our web server also records technical information such as your IP address (stored in a scrambled form) and the time of your request, to prevent abuse and spam.

Why we collect it

• To answer your inquiry about admissions and enrollment.
• To contact you about the inquiry you sent.
• To protect the website against spam and misuse.

We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Inquiries are available only to authorized School personnel who handle admissions. Our website service provider processes the data on our behalf under a data-sharing/outsourcing agreement and may not use it for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are automatically deleted 24 months after they are received, unless you enroll, in which case your data becomes part of your school records under a separate notice.

How we protect it

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and audit logs, and we limit access to personnel who need it.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to erasure or blocking, to rectification, to data portability, to file a complaint with the NPC, and to damages. To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer using the details on our Contact page.

Cookies

Public pages of this website do not set tracking cookies. A cookie is used only when School staff sign in to manage the website, and when a preview access code is entered on a demonstration site.
